Assumable Loan A
VA loan is best used for the purchase of your first home. You should
be aware that your VA loan fees are significantly higher with your second
home purchase and beyond. With today's interest rates, many VA
qualified home buyers are forfeiting their VA Entitlement in favor of
lower interest rates with a conventional lender. Not all VA loans
are assumable, however, most of the newer VA loans are.
